CMT For Aromatherapy Massage
We are looking for a skilled, cooperative, welcoming, teamwork oriented massage CMT. Part-time, W2 employment position that pays $25 to $40 per hour depending on the service
performed, your skills and experience.

Continuing education is available through online courses included with the ABMP membership we provide.
You will have access to training and mentorship from business owner Kenna Allen with 17 years of experience as a therapist
and 16 years running Urban Oasis. She will help you learn nuanced ways of communicating with clients to achieve the best
results and high rates of rebooking. This position is well suited to someone who may be relatively new and aspires to have a
private practice. You will gain experience in all aspects of the business.
We also appreciate therapists who come with lots of experience. There are some things we want done the “Urban Oasis way”
but in most regards we want your individuality, styles and techniques to shine. We will post them in your on-line profile and
run specials highlighting your unique offerings.
We promise clients a personally tailored massage. To that end we are seeking someone with good listening and reflection skills
and attention to detail. General holistic health knowledge is highly valued.
We use natural, organic or wild crafted oils and creams for the body and for laundry and cleaning we choose earth friendly non
toxic products.
We are growing and looking for a new team member to help us accommodate new client
requests and retain loyal clients as we surprise and delight them with excellent
personalized service.
