Located on College Avenue near Bryant. Office is in a professional building with numeric keypad entry on the second floor, with a wall of western-facing windows filled with plants. I am a CMT, SEP. My office is available afternoons starting around 4:30 PM, weekends and school holidays.

Rent is $400 per month, including utilities, plus deposit.

1 month trial, then 6-month lease, followed by month-to-month. We will discuss cleaning protocols, equipment and supplies, creating space for you.
