Fully equipped peaceful treatment room on College Ave in Rockridge, North Oakland available as a sublet for massage therapists, energy workers etc. Available on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays.
We are a small healing arts business (bodywork/energetic healing & chiropractic) located in a professional building. Our suite is located on the ground floor in a secure building with easy access to restrooms. We have a small waiting room with some storage availability.
Room is $50 for one day a week / $200 a month. There’s no restriction on the hours for the room. I’m willing to consider hourly rates on different days if also renting for full days. Please note the room is not suitable for estheticians or floor work modalities.
