Position Details: Certified Massage Therapist trained in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage techniques, with Geriatric Massage knowledge as a plus, to perform 50 & 80 minute massages for our discerning members of the all women’s private club at the M Spa Salon in the Metropolitan Club. Looking for MT’s with a passion to help people through massage and body work and establish report with our member base.
Schedule details: AM or PM availability 2-3 days a week Tuesday-Saturday
Position Type: Part time employee
Compensation: Hourly wage of $21 when not in session. 70 percent commission of services provided.
Position Requirements: Ability to keep a clean and organized work space; Excellent listening skills; Highly Motivated to gain and retain new clients; Personable and friendly; Focused time management skills; Knowledgeable about women’s health; Reliable transportation to work in downtown San Francisco location.
Roles & Responsibilities: Scheduling, canceling or rescheduling appointments on Mind Body, welcoming members into the Spa and locker area, charging the members’ account for services performed and keeping daily reports for payroll, changing and remaking of treatment bed linens. Clocking in and out at the start and end of shift and at the required meal/rest periods.
