Fully equipped peaceful treatment room on College Ave in Rockridge (North Oakland) available as a sublet for massage therapists, energy workers etc. Available on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sunday for full days. Half days may be possible depending on day and schedule.
We are a small healing arts business of two practitioners. The suite is located in a professional building in the upper part of College Ave near the library. The suite has a small waiting room and is on the ground floor in a secure locked building with easy access to restrooms. Parking is on neighborhood streets or metered parking on College and in the library parking lot.
Room is $185 a month for one day a week. Half day shifts may be possible depending on day and schedule. The room is not suitable for estheticians or floor work modalities.
