Position Overview
The Massage Therapist will be responsible for administering professional massage and body treatments, with an emphasis on deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic, and other speciality massage techniques. Candidates must have a strong understanding of body mechanics, muscle anatomy, and healing touch, and must be willing to train in Redmint’s service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent, professional massage services in accordance with Redmint standards and certification guidelines
Ability to perform up to 5 deep tissue massages within a 6-hour shift while maintaining high-quality care and client satisfaction
Customize treatments based on each client’s needs, physical condition, and wellness goals
Monitor client responses during sessions and adjust techniques as needed
Educate clients on the benefits of massage and offer self-care recommendations as part of their overall wellness plan
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and restocked as required
Support Redmint’s service and initiatives by promoting relevant treatments, memberships, and retail products
Adhere to time management and Redmint operation standards and deliver services within the allotted timeframes
Stay informed of industry developments and actively participate in professional development when available
Qualifications
Current California Massage Therapy License (CAMTC) and valid liability insurance
Minimum 1-3 years of professional massage therapy experience
Proficiency in deep tissue and therapeutic modalities; additional certifications a plus
Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills
Strong work ethic with a commitment to high standards of service and professionalism
Passion for holistic wellness, preventative care, and client education
Available for evening and/or weekend shifts and flexible to meet business needs
A team-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting a collaborative work environment
Willingness to train in and adhere to Redmint’s treatment protocols

Pay: $30.00 – $65.00 per hour
