Beautiful treatment room available in the Grand Lake district from 11/1/25. It is perfect for bodyworkers, massage therapists, reiki practitioners, and acupuncturists. It is a sweet spot tucked away in the back of an old house, away from the busy streets. The fee is $180 for one day of the week (e.g. all Saturdays of the month) $350 for two days, and $510 for three days. The lease is for three months (trial period to make sure we are a good fit), then month-to-month.

The room offers:
-Private off-street parking spot right outside of the suite! So that it’s easy to carry all those sheets 🙂
-Bathroom shared by just one other suite and has a weekly cleaning service
-Secure waiting room with a keypad in the main house
-Private deck to sit and eat lunch
-Oakworks massage table, brand new towel warmer, storage for your sheets, etc.
There is no wifi, but we just use our phones for transactions.
Requirements:
-liability insurance and any other legal documents needed to maintain your practice
-signed three-month lease
-1 month deposit ($180)
