“I hope your day is well; this email is to inquire about your availability to cater an event on Monday June 26 for the Puente Project. We are hosting a summer leadership institute for high school and middle school educators across California gathering in Berkeley at the Residence Inn.
We hope to be able to offer short 10-15 minute session massages to approximately 50 people. Our guest list is not yet finalized but we do not expect it to grow beyond 50 people. If this is something within your capability please let us know so we can set up a meeting to discuss more details.
