Now that you’ve seen the responsibilities that we are asking our staff to accomplish 24/7.  My goal is to have a Massage Therapist come to our facility in San Leandro once a month for approximately 3/5 hours to give 15/30 minute sessions to approximately 20/25 staff.  Hopefully this could reduce the stress with our nursing staff and fit some of the admin staff in, if possible…
