• Daily Rate: $300/day (1099)
• Dress Code: Black unbranded polo & black/dark pants
• Parking: Passes Provided or reimbursed
• Requirements:
• Current/Active CAMTC License
• Current/Active Massage Liability Insurance – COI (you will need to add Client/Hiring Co entities to the additional insured list on your Liability Insurance)
• Your own black unbranded polo & black/dark pants
