Art deco building, across from Lake Merritt, two room suite is available starting June. My lease expires end of August, but if you want to take over my lease before then you just need to have good credit.
Comes with two massage tables! One is electric, the other one is Earthlite Infinity Conforma. If you take over my lease before August I will gift both tables to you!
There’s a parking lot in the back as well as plenty of street parking. Secure building, other massage therapists also work on the 2nd floor. Elevator, spacious clean restroom for your clients. Another restroom for therapists also.
