The space is about 180 square feet and nicely decorated with neutral tones and provides: hot towel cabby, Oakworks table with heating pad, pillows and pregnancy cushions, HIPA air filter, Bose speakers. You will need to bring your own sheets, oil, and other supplies. The office comes with private parking spot right outside the office. The bathroom is right next to the office as well. Located on the first floor with a short flight of stairs and is easily accessible for elderly clients. There is a waiting room in the main building with a secure door code.
    • In order to rent, you will need to show your 1) liability insurance 2) Oakland business license 3) CAMTC license (could be replaced with 500-hr massage school certification). The lease is one-year initially then month-to-month.
