Self-Care
This 8-hour workshop is to to explore and encourage a range of self-care practices. We’ll review our own personal self-care practices and through discussion, come up with a revised self-care plan to support ourselves and our longevity in this profession. We will learn the basics of self- myofascial release (SFMR) work, and practice it using tennis/lacrosse balls and foam rollers.
