Kinesiology II
Kinesiology is the study of how the body moves. Muscular imbalances and fascial adhesions play a significant role in restricting movement and contributing to pain and discomfort. Utilizing advanced assessment techniques learned in Kinesiology I, we will further our understanding of and ability to work with common muscular tension patterns.
