Kinesiology I
Kinesiology is the study of how the body moves. Muscular imbalances and fascial adhesions play a significant role in restricting movement and contributing to pain and discomfort. Through massage setting palpation exercises and advanced assessment techniques, we will explore common muscular tension patterns, helping to focus our work for a more effective session.
