Anatomy & Physiology: Human Structure & Movement

This required class addresses the essential components of a thorough understanding of the muscular and skeletal systems and their roles in movement. In addition, a basic overview of the nervous system and introduction of the principles and tools used in bodywork will begin to lay the groundwork for safe, effective, and efficient sessions.
