The Advanced Swedish class is designed to meet the needs of each student while focusing on the elements of communication, assessment, session planning, technique, deep listening skills and quality of touch that make up the advanced practitioner. We will work with Swedish techniques, combine alternative advanced techniques in the context of Swedish massage, and work with the decision making process in regard to designing sessions that best meet the needs of the client. This class is based in communication, and full participation in individual and group feedback will be an important part of helping students improve their skills.
