Fully equipped peaceful treatment room located in a professional building on Upper College Ave in Rockridge, North Oakland. Available as a sublet for massage therapists, acupuncturists & energy workers. We are a 2 person healing arts business (massage therapy/energy work and chiropractic). Our suite is located on the ground floor in a secure building with waiting room, easy access to restrooms and a place to store your supplies.
Available on Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays. Room is $175 a month for one day per week. Two days per week is $300 per month. If renting for minimum of one day, an hourly rate is possible from 4pm- late most days.
