Massage Therapist – W-2 Position | $60–$72+ per Treatment | Mill Valley
Svala Spa is a warm, supportive boutique spa located in the heart of downtown Mill Valley. We’re looking for a caring, reliable Massage Therapist to join and grow with our team. **New graduates are welcome!**
SCHEDULE
– Minimum 3 full days per week, OR 2 full days + 2 half days
– Full day: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
– Half day: 10:00 AM–2:30 PM or 2:30 PM–7:00 PM
– Available days: Monday & Wednesday–Sunday
– Must work at least one weekend day
– Flexible scheduling — we can discuss which days work best for both of us
QUALIFICATIONS
– Active CAMTC Certification
– Skilled in Swedish & Deep Tissue Massage
– Comfortable performing up to 4–5 massage sessions per day
– Professional, reliable, kind, and client-focused
– Thai Massage or Shiatsu therapists are welcome — we have professional ceiling bars available
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
– W-2 employee position
– Base hourly wage + service compensation
– Typically **$60–$72 per treatment + tips
– 100% of tipsgo directly to the therapist
– Complimentary monthly treatment
