beautiful, brand newly renovated and furnished minimalist esthetician wellness treatment room to share 3-5 days a week (tues-sat) in prime russian hill location.
the room currently has:
– electric massage table
– bed heating pad
– professional esthetician saddle seat stool
– high frequency wand
– steamer with ozone
– lightstim anti-aging pro panel
– magnifying light
– comphy brand professional spa linens
– linens including large bath and medium hand towels, stretch tube top robes, headbands.
– in room sink
– onsite washer and dryer ($1 each wash/dry cycle)
– small desk, some storage space
– infrared space heater
– guest coat hooks and chair, table
– minimalist product shelves that can be emptied to display your products (or i can teach you my method of treating acne holistically and you can sell mine for commission)
– secure and safe location
– 2 hour free residential and metered street parking, parking garage $15/weekends and $22/weekday at old first garage on sacramento and polk
– close to many bus lines

rental rates start at $150/day. negotiable for multiple days
this room is suitable for therapists doing work such as cranial sacral, reiki, lashes, traditional facials, perhaps massage as well (you’d have to see if the room is too tight for you to go around the table for yourself).
if you are an esthetician, ideally you’re experienced, truly enjoy the work, have a solid clientele and can rent the room multiple days a week for the long term. if you’d like to learn my approach to acne we can arrange a training, have you sell my skincare product line via wholesale and perhaps see some of my clients too.
my goal is to teach estheticians (especially of color, indigenous, queer, disabled communities) everywhere our method to help grow their wellness skillsets, economic independence while becoming holistic resources within their communities.
it’s also important that my salon-mate’s values align with mine – i believe in liberation for all. we are pro-palestine, pro-black lives matter, pro-queer+, pro-immigrant, pay shuumi tax to sogorea’te bay area indigenous women’s land stewardship, etc etc.
