Hi: I am looking for a (potentially regular) bodyworker who can come to Orinda, CA to work with my mother on a regular basis. She is in her late 70s and falls regularly; she needs someone with some experience with post-trauma, restoring balance, and working with elder folks/cognitive decline and some anxiety. She worked with a trauma-informed bodyworker for the last year and that was very, very supportive for her – unfortunately he had to move out of the area. There is a massage table with sheets in a designated massage room in the house, oils, etc. already available. I live in New York state but visit regularly. She is generally a lovely person: kind, compassionate, appreciative, and loves receiving massages.
