- This is a unique rental/share situation in an established, professional, and independent office/studio and is a lucrative opportunity for the right person. There are more client inquiries than I can handle. (This is not a ‘salon suite’.) Rent is $800 month for 3 days/week. (Graduated rental fee can be negotiated. $400+)
- Seeking a qualified and experienced massage therapist/bodyworker or other wellness professional who is serious about their work and excited to have the independence for doing so. The opportunity can also work for other wellness practitioners such as private yoga therapist, bodyworker, MFT, or health coach. You live local to Concord, within 5-10 miles. You are a creative and collaborative entrepreneur. You might be someone looking for a better opportunity than you currently have…or perhaps you were displaced because of the pandemic…maybe you took a ‘pause’ and now you are ready to resume with a refreshed and renewed spirit for your career. Recent grads are welcome to inquire as well. You are mature, warm-hearted, confident, compassionate, and open-minded.

- Renter requirements:
- “Here at Simple Health Massage & Wellness, clients expect to experience professional care that enhances their wellness and vitality. Your work philosophy should align with this. Ideally you would have some existing clientele, but the right person can build a client base fairly easily. In return, your success will be supported to every extent!
- Massage therapists must have CAMTC certification with preferably a minimum of 2 yr. experience working with clients. However, recent grads with a strong desire to work as self-employed could really build and establish their career here and are welcome too! Other wellness professionals must also have industry certifications and the necessary licensing to work with and safely serve their clients. A yoga therapist, health coach, nutritionist, MFT/or counselor, would make an excellent working combination with the current massage therapist.”
