In this 32-hour class, we explore how Thai Bodywork can be used in conjunction with Ayurveda. We begin by learning about the three major personality types central to Ayurveda. And we examine the five Vayus (subtle energies) as well as twelve Marma (energetic points) to see how they can be integrated to help us work at a deeper level.
