I am writing to see if you might have any graduating massage therapists that are interested in renting space for their practice in Oakland?
We have a lovely room for rent at our Grand Ave/Lake Merritt studio that is setup for massage therapy (please see attached pics).
The massage room is right on Grand Ave, near Piedmont, so it has great foot traffic, but it is set away from the street so it is quiet.
Additional details about the space:
-Dimensions: 20 feet x 9 feet.
-There are high ceilings and brand new globe LED fixtures.
-Plenty of outlets if you would like to plug-in a towel warmer, fan, etc.
-The therapist and their clients will have access to our new ADA restroom, which is through a separate hallway.
-There is a cabinet available for the therapists to store their things in between clients.
-We provide HEPA Air purification.
-Clients access the room through our new Wellness Lounge.
Pricing:
$225 / Month for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, full days
$350 / Month for Saturday OR Sunday, full day
