Facilitated Stretching

The objective of the 16-hour Facilitated Stretching class is to learn and practice different methods of stretching to use with your clients, including passive, resistive, and active isolated stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and post isometric relaxation. We will review the physiological principles behind stretching, stretching benefts, and strategies for helping clients adopt stretching as part of their lifestyle. Stretching techniques include passive & static stretches, PNF, Post-Isometric Relaxation, CRAC, & AIS.
