    • “Back to Center Bodywork is excited to offer self-employed CMT positions as part of our 5-star therapeutic clinic offering lasting relief from stress and pain in a welcoming, beautiful environment.

      Rooms, furnishings, and marketing are provided. Within your subscribed and rented shifts, independently manage your own breaks, vacations, turnover time, and exact start and end times. You check out and rebook your regular clientele while enjoying a steady flow of new clients from Back to Center’s years of excellent reviews and referrals from Yelp and Google, even before BTC deploys additional marketing campaigns.

      Here’s what we need from you:
      Valid CAMTC certification, proof of insurance
      Comfortable working with a range of pressure, from lighter medium to fairly strong.
      Talented in both Swedish and Deep Tissue
      Reliable, communicative
      Willing to receive a series of individualized, apprenticeship-style trainings (compensated at $35 per 105- minute training session)
      2 years of CMT experience at 10+ clients per week, or possibly 1 year CMT experience at 15+ clients per week

      Set up and clean up of the room to share
      Intake, client education, checkout, and rebooking with clients

      Following certain policies (like our cancellation policy)
      Business license and liability insurance
      Scheduling your breaks, vacations, rescheduling, appointment types, etc. within your shifts

  •  PAY/COMPENSATION DETAILS:
    • “Clients pay you directly within our full-service booking system. So you manage 100% of your own revenue, cash in your pocket first. After the subscription fee to each shift for the month, you pay a fair- market percentage on revenue. This is comparable to commission, except clients pay you directly first.

      Back to Center is a unique Hybrid-Collective Model where your “revenue contribution percentage” drops to 0% after only 5 years. When this happens, a modest flat monthly fee will be the only thing you pay into Back to Center, leaving you with significantly higher income.

      Our therapists currently charge $100-115 per 60 minutes or $135-155 per 90 minutes (plus tip). You decide your rates, you have full control over your earning potential. You could easily earn an excess of $805 per full day (two shifts). Income estimates are highly variable based on various factors, and feel free to ask any questions about expected income.”

    • “Our ideal candidate has 2-5 years of massage experience. In addition, Back to Center offers two months of paid, weekly training that is completely individualized in 105-minute sessions.
